Refund policy

We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your Active Root supplement for any reason, you have 60 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund — no questions asked.

How to request a refund: Contact us at hello@getactiveroot.com with your order number and we'll process your refund within 1-2 business days.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.

Refunds: Once approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your refund, please contact us at hello@getactiveroot.com.

Non-refundable items: Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

European Union: If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

Refunds

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
